About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Consultant to perform the following job duties.
Requirement: Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems or education and experience that is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems
Requirements
Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored SAP HR Payroll consulting solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements.
Facilitate regular client meetings to discuss project progress and gather feedback.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on project status and key findings.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR Payroll strategies.
Provide training and support to clients on SAP HR Payroll systems.
Lead and manage multiple SAP HR Payroll projects simultaneously.
Oversee all phases of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members based on skills and experience.
Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Regularly review project status and progress against milestones.
Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to address potential issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
Ensure all team members are informed of project goals, timelines, and expectations.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impede project progress.
Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
Document project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive project records for future reference and audits.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments.
Evaluate project outcomes against objectives and key performance indicators.
Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
Adhere to industry best practices and organizational project management standards.
Implement and follow standardized project management processes and tools.
Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.
SAP HR Payroll Expertise: - Conduct in-depth analyses of client SAP HR Payroll processes. - Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions. - Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to clients.
